“First Brands Group, originally founded as TRICO, quickly expanded its portfolio to multiple well-known automotive brands, such as FRAM. Thadd led our D2C business and managed the strategic roadmap for branded sites during a period of rapid growth fueled by acquisitions.  He led a small but agile team to successfully re-platform acquired brand sites onto the Magento platform, averaging 3 months per site to re-platform after each brand kickoff.
